On Adderall 15mgs & Tofranil 30mgs a day, age 07

On Tofranil 100mgs a day, 2 months before first suicide attempt in 1997, age 10

On Nortriptyline 50mgs, Risperdal 2mgs, Depakote 750mgs, and Benztropine 1mg daily...just before 2nd suicide attempt age 12

On Depakote 1200mgs, Zyprexa 20mgs, Wellbutrin 150mgs, Serquel 50mgs, and Adderall 40mgs a day...just before 3rd suicide attempt in 2000, age 13

4 months after withdrawal from Depakote 1200mgs, Risperdal 3mgs, Wellbutrin 200mgs daily
